Why can't I lose weight while I'm eating like this?

wow i don't think you should be worrying so much about what you eat and start thinking about more of what you do. maybe you have a slow metabolism and you do not do enough to compensate. i have to friends who have had gastric byp over a year ago and one of them, who eats like a bird still hasn't showed signs of weight loss that weren't immediate. but she to does not compensate for the metabolism problem
