I'm embared by my scars?

i cut, i've got a few obvious scars (which should fade hopefully, they're pink at the moment) and a load of other scars from falling. i've got scars at top of my back from an infection, scar on my lower back from falling off a pogo stick :)), mive scar down back of my right leg from falling down a pile of bricks (ouch!), loads of scars on my knees from falling when i was younger, scar on my foot from scratching, scar on my chest from boiling water and a couple on my chest from things i'd rather not put online. what can i do about them?
