Will a small iguana live peacefully with a tarantula in a large cage.?

NO! They cannot live together because they both need different enviroments. Plus, Iguanas are very large reptiles and I have never heard of a "small" one. Due to this, the Tarantula would most likely be crushed in 24 hours if you were to put them together ;)
