University of glasgow? What are my chances?

I am an american resident looking to apply to the university of glasgow, university of edinburgh, and the university of aberdeen next year. I am a full IB diploma candidate. My gpa is 3.55 because i screwed off freshman and sopre year, however, i am earning about a 3.85 now in full IB. I have various extra curricular activities like Student government for 3 years straight, World Vision volunteering over time, i play the cello, am in Latin Club, and have had an internship at my church. I have also been a People to People student ambador. Though I havent taken the sat or act i am aiming for about a 1800 sat and 30 act. I have taken honors courses all of my life and even began partial IB as a sopre. What are my chances?
