NFL Fantasy, week 13 (made playoffs and 1st-round bye), should I make changes to my team or start / bench?

i have lt on my fantasy team he isnt getting me notin but i do got favre but im still 2 and like 9 but that looks good except LT has been really really really struggling i live in san diego and watch all the charger games so i should know go bolts. but dont start foster either.
