Iron Maiden vs Megadeth?

A friend thinks that Megadeth is better than Iron Maiden, i think he's out of his mind, to start i can't compare Mustaine to Bruce without insulting Bruce, Iron Maiden's music is more meaningful, better lyrics, orignal consistent i can't even think im so frustrated! Any Solid Reasons to argue for one or the other?
