How did you know you were pregnant? Please Answer!!?

So i am officially 11 DPO and dying to test..but I know I need to wait :) Anyway ladies we are trying to conceive # 2 and the past couple of days i've been getting the oddest little sensations in my uterus..like pinching/twinging feelings. It almost feels like there are little men down there pinching away inside the walls of my uterus..its always on either the left or the right side. My are a TAD tender, and oh man I can not sleep at night, I keep waking up WIDE awake like 3 times a night and I have to pee a lot. What were your first signs? And how early did you feel them?
