How can i change my life around?

Im 24, single and live at home with my parents, i dont have any savings, im currenty paying off debts which are nearly paid off. I have an alright job for the time being, and a lovely circle of friends. But I am feeling very lonely, I really want to meet someone and settledown but finding it hard, i always meet the wrong guy, i think things are going well then all of a sudden it all dissappears. My friends all have their own lifes now, serious boyfriends, either pregnant or have kids, so its hard to arrange things to do, as they are all ped the clubbing stages and chatting to new people. i havent really got a social life because of this and finding it harder and harder as i get older. I know im only 24, i am attractive have a bubbly personality i just dont know what to do?? I also dont like the thought of meeting people on the internet, i would like some single free friends to go out with and have a good time and maybe meet a nice guy - but dont know how to.
