Counter strike with dota sound?

hello..can i know how to play counter strike with dota sound?? For example if i shot someone in the head then a sound will come out "HEADSHOT!!!"..when i play online, some servers will put that sound.. can i use it when playing with bots? how to do it? please teach me step by step..i dont have a steam or server something like that cause i didnt install this game..i only copy this counter strike folder from my friend..i have cs 1.6 and cz..hope i can use it in both of the version..
