Pregnancy Help line question EMERGENCY!?

IM almost 5 months pregnant i live in New Brunswick Canada and have spend the last hour searching for toll fre hotlines in my area where im able to call and talk to someone im gogin through a very rough time right now and am in need of some advice ASAP im very stressed and alone my bf is away until july and i dont have anyone to talk to im so afraid im gogin to get so stressed i will loose the baby please anyone with any information on where i can call to talk to someoen her in canada free please let me know thankk you
