They're suing under the wrong law. They could get that fundie wit off their backs by pointing out that his actions are operating in restriction of the clubs right to trade.Commercial Law...not Civil Law. Commerce is god there innit?? Point out that he seeks to stop profit...and he will cease to be seen as quite such a Prophet.
