The whole "fund" thing has been dodgy from the start. The fact of 2 murder suspects being in control of a fund to look for the victim is morally and ethically obscene to say the least. Now there is this further shadow cast on the legalities of it all. People should start DEMANDING transparency in what has been done with the money and the fund frozen NOW. Very interesting question.
