People who live in SAN FRANCISCO!! Whats the weather?

What is the weather in San Francisco like this week? Can people in SF describe how the weather is? Like is it cloudy or sunny or reeally hot or freezing, etc. I'm going to San Fran this Friday and I need to know what kind of clothes to pack. I looked at the weather but its not helpful because it only tells the degrees. Thanks!
