Right Upper Quadrant Pain after gall bladder removal - scar tissue??

It is most likely from scar tissue. It could be connecting to your insides and pulling. They can redo the incision to take out some scar tissue, but there are issues with that. I'd talk to your doctor about it. Could be nothing... probably the scar tissue... could be something else.
