If I buy a new car in New Hampshire, what sales tax do i pay?

I have been getting quotes for a new civic. The cheapest quote, by far, is a place in New Hampshire, but I live in Vermont. If I buy it there and bring it back, will I pay the VT sales tax when I register it? Does anyone know how that works since there is no sales tax in NH?
