I need a chicken recipe quick!!!?

i am having a complete mental block right now. i am having a christmas party tomorrow night. i do not want to do a turkey, so i'll be doing meat and gravy with mashed potatoes, and some other side dishes etc.. i also bought boneless skinless chicken . i had planned on using the cambells cream of chicken with herbs soup and doing a variation of a recipe on the back of the can that i like, but i can't find that stuff in stock anywhere! i bought regular cream of chicken instead. does anyone know of a good way to beef up the flavor of that? i would like to just be able to brown the chicken, and then throw it in a pan, put something on top and let it cook in the oven so i don't have to fuss. i'm doing about 2 dozen portions. ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated. i need something neutral that everyone can eat you know, kids and adults. please give me ideas! i'm so overloaded i don't know where to start!!!!
