HELP!!! THIS GUY JUST CANNOT BE STRAIGHT!!! Tell me what to do!!! :O lol?

Basically this guy says he's straight but has flirted with me non-stop since we met. He freaked out a bit when I told him I liked him over a year ago but when the fuss had died down went straight back to it and for the past year and a half he hasn't left me alone. A lot has gappened but recently he's taken to listening in on me in the shower and banging on the door and throwing stones at my window and banging on my door and wall when I'm in my room. Anyway I'd had enough last week as this has been going on for ages and I said are you gay? He texted back 20 mins later saying no I came to see your housemate and heard your beautiful voice...NOT I'm not gay dong get your hopes up. Replied saying stop haring me then and no such hope he made my friend knock on the door for him so I'd answer and keeps knocking at my door and on the wall if he knows I'm in. The other day the day before we leave college for easter for a whole month he was banging on the wall and door again when I was in my room, I came out and he blamed one of the other people next door and they were like oh be quiet he knows its you. Then he criticises what Im wearing. Id also heard stones getting thrown at my window just before this and he said oh did you get the stone I threw through your window? and smiled and I found it later on on my bed lol I go to my friends house to say goodbye to her and he comes down the stairs and says oh youre going? to my friend. and she said yeah later and he said Oh ill come and say bye and then looked at me and said but not to you and pointed at me smiling. I went off to do some shopping so I wouldnt have to say bye to him but i didnt manage to avoid it. He came to my house and I opened the door and he said thanks babe then said oh btw i didnt say babe to you I thought it was your housemate (whos a girl) and I was like WHATEVER and went upstairs and then he came to the bathroom upstairs and as he was leaving shouted goodbye Robert and I came out to say bye to him and my other friend who is friends with him and he imitated what I said. My other friend saw me in my new outfit and said ooo get you and said i looked good and he was impressed. The 'STRAIGHT' guy said oh you look gay and I said well I am so that makes sense but he smiles as he looks at me lol Anyways... 1. Is he straight? 2. Does he like me? 3. How do I get him to stop?!!!! Lol
